- There is no need to book a Serena trip in advance! However, you can buy your ticket from the online store in advance.
- Opening hours are marked on days when the water park is open. Marking — means that the water park is not open.
- The ski resort is open according to its own opening calendar. You will find info about the opening schedules of restaurants here.

- Free parking from October to May on the opening days of the water park and ski resort. During the summer season, parking is charged daily.
- In the summer season (June-August), the ticket office opens 15 minutes before the park opens and closes 1 hour before the park closes. After this, you can still buy a ticket in the shop.
- The slides and the water park’s outdoor pools close 30 minutes before the park closes.
- The indoor pools and the sauna section close 15 minutes before the park closes.
- You must leave the water park no later than closing time.
- The indoor and outdoor water park are both open during the summer season.
- Changes to opening hours possible without prior notice. Always check the opening hours before visiting.
