Ski season pass benefits
- An unlimited number of entrances also to the water park until the end of the skiing season!
- The benefit is valid during the opening hours indicated on our website. Changes to the opening hours of the water park are possible.
- Access to the water park requires the ski center’s season pass to be registered at the water park’s ticket office.
- Season pass holders under the age of 10 always need a guardian at the water park.
- 25% discount on rental equipment, for personal use.
- Seasonal storage of equipment €40/season (reg. price. €49).
- Storage spaces are limited and should be reserved already in the fall. Reservation and payment for seasonal storage in the online store.
- 10% discount on equipment maintenance and Ski Shop’s products (from the regular price)
- Surprise benefits on campaign days!
- Additional benefits for season ticket holders are valid until further notice. Changes to season ticket benefits possible.
Notice to season pass holders
- The season pass (except for the corporate pass) is always personal. You can get it from the Serena Ski rental office or directly from the online store.
- Borrowing and/or resale of all season passes is strictly prohibited. In cases of misuse, the card(s) will be canceled without refund.
- All season pass purchases are always final and cannot be cancelled. In the case of injury or illness of the season pass holder, we follow the compensation policy according to clauses 6.3 and 6.4 of SHKY’s terms and conditions. Please note that when calculating the usage time of the season pass, the right to use the water park is also taken into account.
- If you plan to buy a season pass at the site, you can speed up the process by downloading and filling out the season pass form in advance.
Corporate season pass
- The corporate season pass includes the same benefits as a normal season pass, with the difference that it can be used by any of the company’s staff (one at a time).
- By adding the equipment rental option, you can use the same card to rent all Serena Ski rental equipment.
