All found items from the water park, ski center and cottages are stored in Serena. Please take into account that it is not always possible to handle lost & found inquiries over the phone, so please send your inquiry via the form below. We aim to process inquiries within 1-3 days.
The shop serves as the information desk of the water park, and for the ski center, the ski rental office. Please also take into account that in the summer season you cannot enter the water park shop without an entrance ticket. However, if agreed in advance, found goods can be brought to the ticket office to be picked up.
Found goods can also be sent via the Finnish Post if necessary. If you want the found item to be mailed instead of picked up, Serena will charge in advance the postal costs according to postal price list plus office and handling costs (€6). Payment must be made in advance via Serena’s online store.
Found goods are stored for three (3) months from the date the goods have arrived at the found goods point. After this, the usable goods that have not been claimed will be donated, with the exception of valuables. Serena is not responsible for customers’ property or possible mail errors or delays.
