The well-appointed Serena cottages are set against a beautiful, unspoiled forest landscape on a slope overlooking the Serenalampi pond, next to the water park and the slopes. The surrounding forests offer excellent opportunities for exploring the great outdoors. Book directly via Serena to ensure best value to your money.

Water park and ski resort tickets

When the water park is open, the rental price includes water park tickets or ski lift tickets during the rental period for the whole group! The tickets are therefore also included for the arrival and departure days, and each cottage resident has 1 ticket per day to the park (water park or ski resort) of their choice. A cottage customer can upgrade the ticket to a combo ticket (including both ski + water park on the same day) with 17 €/person extra fee. Before booking, please always check the water park and ski resort opening hours. Please note that it is not possible to make a reservation without tickets during the high season. When the water park is closed, we offer a 20% discount from normal priced ski center tickets. The cottage customers also get 20% discount from the normal prices of ski rental equipment.

Equipment

All cottages have mechanical air conditioning to keep the air fresh and and an air source heat pump to keep the temperature at the desired level at all times. There is an electric sauna, fireplace and a spacious and cozy terrace. The equipment includes a TV, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove with oven and cooking and eating utensils. The cottages do not have a washing machine.

Rental fees

The cottages can bee booked year round. The price depends on the cottage size, season in question (tickets included/not included), and the lenght of the stay. Booking starts at 16:00 and ends on the day of departure at 12:00. Prices include bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Cottage customers can come to the water park / ski resort even before the check-in time, and correspondingly, the customer can stay in the water park / ski resort after the cottage check-out time, even until closing time. The prices are daily prices with VAT included.

Office fee 25 € is added to reservations made by email.
No office fee is added for online bookings.

Additional Services (must be ordered in advance)

• Pet fee: 30 € / reservation. If you have more than 1 pets with you, the extra fee is 10 € / per additional pet.
• Child’s bed (120 cm) free of charge.
• Gas grill rent 50 €.
• Chalet Catering, incl. breakfast and other meals. Read more.
• Serena hut + firewood 89 € / 4 hours. Book online.
  • Additional hours 20 € / hour. Booking time between 11am and 11pm.
  • An atmospheric and illuminated hut on the shore of the Serena pond. See the 360-degree presentation!
  • The equipment includes e.g. electricity, lighting, radio, firewood and fire-making equipment, grilling equipment, and a smoker. In the winter season, it is possible to use electric additional heating.
  • Order the food through Serena or prepare it yourself.
  • The hut is a drinking area. Order alcoholic beverages through Serena. Bringing your own alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
  • The customer is responsible for final cleaning. When ordering in advance, final cleaning 50 €.

  • Not available in summer season (June-August)
• Mobile hot tub for 6-8 persons, 209 € / day, extra day 65 €. The price includes:
  • Transportation of the hot tub to the cottage and installation
  • Filling the hot tub + firewood according to use
  • Emptying and post-cleaning
  • The customer heats the hot tub himself
  • Note! It is prohibited to bring other that Serena’s hot tubs into the area. If there are no hot tubs available in the booking calendar for a specific date, please contact Serena, then we can try to arrange a hot tub with our partner to your cottage. Serena’s hot tubs are not rented outside of Serena.

Cottage reservations

• Online booking is the easiest way to book a cottage! Bookings in the online system must be made latest the day before arrival. Bookings made on the arrival date are not possible.
• You can also book by email at sales.serena@puuhagroup.com latest 14 days before arrival date. Advance payment is required. A 25 € office fee is added to reservations made via email.
• Read the terms and conditions of the cottage before booking. Check out the water park and ski resort rules.
• NB! The lessee and at least one of the guests staying overnight must be of full age. The cottage rental price includes final cleaning, but the cottage must be at a normal level of cleanliness and order after the stay. The lessee is responsible for any additional cleaning or repair costs. By booking, you agree to the terms and conditions. Failure to follow the rules and instructions may result in removal from the cottage and Serena’s property. No payments are refunded.
• The maximum accommodation capacity of the cottages must not be exceeded
  • Cottages 1, 3 and 5: max 8 persons
  • Cottages 2 and 4: max 10 persons
  • Cottage 6: max 13 persons
  • Children of 0-3 years are allowed in addition to the maximum capacity.
  • You can also invite a reasonable number of visitors to the cottage, but people exceeding the accommodation capacity must leave the Serena area by 22:00.
• There is a general silence in Serena’s cottage area between 23:00 and 07:00, which the customer must observe. The sounds caused by the normal use of the cottage are of course allowed even during silence, but for example playing loud music that disturbs other customers, etc. is prohibited.
