- There is no need to book a Serena trip in advance! However, you can buy your ticket from the online store in advance.

- Water park summer season ended on Sun 17.8.25.
- Water park is closed for maintenance on 18.8.-10.10.25.
- The water park opens for the Autumn holidays on 11.10.-19.10. at 11-19.
- Starting from 20.10.25, the water park is open on weekends at 11-19 and during the Christmas season 26.12.25-6.1.26 daily at 11-19.

- Free parking from October to May on the opening days of the water park and ski resort. During the summer season, parking is charged daily.
- In the summer season (June-August), the ticket office opens 15 minutes before the park opens and closes 1 hour before the park closes. After this, you can still buy a ticket in the shop.
- The slides and the water park’s outdoor pools close 30 minutes before the park closes.
- The indoor pools and the sauna section close 15 minutes before the park closes.
- You must leave the water park no later than closing time.
- The indoor and outdoor water park are both open during the summer season.
