Promotional prices are valid for the time being unless otherwise stated, and only for tickets purchased online. Products in the online store cannot be purchased with sport/culture benefits, these payment methods are valid only on site (read more about payment methods below). We reserve the right to make changes for the price list without prior notice. Always check the opening hours of the water park and ski resort before buying. If instead of an online ticket, you wish to purchase a “physical” gift card (valid for one year from the date of purchase), you can get it on site or at a gift card shop.
Observations:
- Children 0-3 years free of charge. There are no separate tickets for children and adults to the water park, but the price is the same regardless of age.
- Children under 10 years and children who can’t swim must be accompanied by an adult.
- Assistant policy for customers with disabilities explained in Frequently Asked Questions under ‘Accessibility’.
- Free parking from October to May on the days the waterpark or the ski resort is open. The parking fee in the summer season is 1 € / h or 5 €/day/vehicle. Payment by credit card, coins, EasyPark, Parkman or Taskuparkki apps.
- When the outdoor water park is open (summer season June-August), you must purchase a ticket before entering the water park area.
- Please notice that lockers work with two euro (2 €) coins. The deposit is returned when you open the locker. If necessary, you can exchange coins on the spot with cash or card.
- Please also note that we do not rent swimsuits or towels. We recommend you to check our Shop, where swimsuits and towels are sold.
Accepted payment methods for on-site ticket sales:
- We accept cash and debit/credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex).
- When using sports benefits, the payment must be made on the spot at the ticket office. Payment cannot be made remotely or in advance. Accepted benefits are: Smartum-, Virike-, and TYKY- vouchers, SmartumPay, EdenredPay, and mobile ePassi (Internet payment via ePassi not accepted on-site).
- However, some ticket products are available via ePassi Marketplace as an online payment: https://marketplace.epassi.fi/serena/
- Invoicing is only possible for companies, associations and public organizations, if agreed in advance in writing.
Online shop
- The validity period of online tickets is indicated in the description of each product in the online store. Tickets can be used on any opening day until they expire, except for dated tickets. In the case of a dated ticket, the day of visit is selected at the time of purchase, and the dated ticket is not valid on other days. The validity period of online tickets cannot be extended and unused tickets cannot be redeemed.
- After you buy an online ticket, you will receive a confirmation email, a receipt, and a link to download your online ticket. NB! Neither the confirmation email nor the receipt grant access to the park, be sure to download the actual ticket(s) in advance. Print the ticket on paper OR display it on your mobile device at ticket sales. A screenshot is not a valid ticket.
- Online shop payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Paytrail (online bank payments). Sports benefits can’t be used as a payment method for online store products.
