Season passes

The season pass is available from the online store or from the ticket sales office. Before buying a season pass, please familiarize yourself with the terms & conditions, the center’s opening hours, and other instructions on our website. Also the season pass holders must always comply with the rules of the ski resort.

Ski season passes

Free water park entrance is included in the winter season! Buy online or from the ticket sales office. NOTE: Ski season passes for season 2025-2026 are NOT yet being sold. A promotional campaign for next winter season will start in Autumn 2025.

After the end of the skiing season, it is possible to extend the right to use the water park until the end of the spring season for the price of only one water park day ticket.

Ski season pass benefits

• An unlimited number of entrances also to the water park until the end of the skiing season!
  • The benefit is valid immediately in the Autumn season, and during the opening hours indicated on our website. Changes to the opening hours of the water park are possible.
  • After the end of the skiing season, it is possible to extend the right to use the water park until the end of the spring season for the price of only one water park day ticket.
  • Access to the water park requires the ski center’s season pass to be registered at the water park’s ticket office.
  • Season pass holders under the age of 10 always need a guardian at the water park.
• 25% discount on rental equipment, for personal use.
• Seasonal storage of equipment €40/season (reg. price. €49). Fully booked for season 24-25. You can inquire about possible vacant places at the ski rental office on site.
  • Storage spaces are limited and should be reserved already in the fall. Reservation and payment for seasonal storage in the online store.
  • The seasonal storage place is only intended for the duration of the skiing season. The equipment must be picked up by 30.4. by. However, if the customer wishes, the rental of the storage space can also be extended for the summer season (1.5.-31.10.) for an additional price of €25. Please note that if the customer does not pick up the equipment by the deadline (30.4.), the customer will be charged a processing fee of €25 per storage space for a seperate pickup outside of the season.

• Additional benefits for season ticket holders are valid until further notice. Changes to season ticket benefits possible.

Notice to season pass holders

• The season pass (except for the corporate pass) is always personal. You can get it from the Serena Ski rental office or directly from the online store.
• Borrowing and/or resale of all season passes is strictly prohibited. In cases of misuse, the card(s) will be canceled without refund.
• All season pass purchases are always final and cannot be cancelled. In the case of injury or illness of the season pass holder, we follow the compensation policy according to clauses 6.3 and 6.4 of SHKY’s terms and conditions. Please note that when calculating the usage time of the season pass, the right to use the water park is also taken into account.
• If you plan to buy a season pass at the site, you can speed up the process by downloading and filling out the season pass form in advance.

Corporate season pass

• The corporate season pass includes the same benefits as a normal season pass, with the difference that it can be used by any of the company’s staff (one at a time).
• By adding the equipment rental option, you can use the same card to rent all Serena Ski rental equipment.
• Invoicing is possible (advance payment).
