In the summer season the ticket sales booth will be closed 1 hour before the park closes. You can then buy the ticket from the indoor water park shop. The slides and the outdoor pools are closed 30 minutes before the park closes. Indoor pools and the saunas will be closed 15 minutes before the park closes. Customers should leave the water park latest at the time of closing. Opening hours are subject to change without prior notice.
- NOTE! The water park is open SAT-SUN 6.-7.4. at 11-19. The park is closed due to a maintenance break from 8.4.2024.
- The validity period of all unused online tickets originally valid until the end of the spring season 2024 has been automatically extended until the end of the summer season, i.e. until August 18, 2024.
- There is no need to book a Serena trip in advance! However, you can buy your ticket from the online store in advance.
- Opening hours are marked on days when the water park is open. Marking — means that the water park is not open.
- The ski resort is open according to its own opening calendar. You will find info about the opening schedules of restaurants here.
